1. Introduction

Batbat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh. • Each individual may only open one account. Holding multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated and any deposited funds being forfeited.

If false information is provided during registration, batbat reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account at any time, and deposited funds may not be refunded.

3. Account Management

Keeping your batbat account secure is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.

• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• KYC verification is mandatory to change a registered mobile number or email address.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be temporarily suspended.

If any suspicious activity is detected on your account, batbat may temporarily suspend it pending investigation. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated once the investigation is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Batbat supports the most popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Third-party payments are not accepted. The account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person.
• KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests.
• To withdraw any bonus balance, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• If fraud is suspected, batbat reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Batbat offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonuses become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been met.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless clearly stated otherwise on the promotions page.
• Misuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses or commit fraud may result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account suspended.
• Right to Modify: batbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on batbat are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game result is completely impartial.

• If you lose connection during a game, your wagered amount will not be lost. The system will automatically restore your session.
• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is available on the game page.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games.
• If a technical issue during a game affects the outcome, batbat will refund the amount wagered.
• Using multiple devices within a single game session is not permitted.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on batbat. Violations may result in permanent account termination and legal action:

• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded after verification. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
